2. How We Store Your Data

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies that scope every record to your user account. Transport is TLS-encrypted. Backups are encrypted at rest by the underlying cloud provider.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the platform, deliver analytics you request, secure your account, debug failures, and communicate about service changes. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — update inaccurate data via the app or by request.
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and data.
• Portability — export portfolio data in machine-readable form.

5. Deletion Requests

Email support@yieldkraft.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account." We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, email delivery, and error monitoring. A current list is available on request.
