YieldKraft is currently offered as a closed beta. Access is granted by invitation or approved sign-up. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta at any time without notice.
2. Not Financial Advice
YieldKraft is an educational analytics and portfolio intelligence platform. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, option, or financial instrument. All investment decisions are made solely by you.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of YieldKraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle portfolio and usage data in accordance with that policy.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Past performance data and analytics do not guarantee future results. Options trading involves significant risk, including possible loss of principal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldKraft Intelligence and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
